Duck with Christmas Conserve Sauce
Ingredients:

4 whole duck breasts
-
1 Red Onion
-
Olive oil
-
Stock
-
Christmas Conserve Port

Method
Set oven ….
Place duck fat side down in a hot pan for about 5 minutes to allow fat to release, turn to seal other side and put n warm oven proof dish in oven for 10-12 minutes, put in warm place to rest for 5 minutes
Chop onion finely; cook in oil until soft
Mix stock with Christmas Conserve then add to onions, simmer
Add Port to sauce and bring back to the boil, serve immediately.
