Passionfruit & Mango Tarts

 

Ingredients:

4 x individual pastry tart cases
½ jar of Passion Fruit Curd – we used Tiptree
1 ripe mango
4 tablespoonsful Crème Fraiche
1 or two fresh passion fruit
1 tablespoon toasted split almonds

Method

Peel mango and cut into thick slices

Spoon 1 tablespoon of Passion Fruit Curd into each tart case

Top with 2 or 3 slices of mango

Cover with each tart with 1 tablespoon of Crème Fraiche

Spoon a teaspoonful of fresh passionfruit seeds onto centre of tart

Decorate with toasted almonds
