A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE - THE TERLING TRAIL TO FAIRSTEAD - The attractive village of Terling is only 10 minutes from the A12 and is a great starting point for a walk to the tiny hamlet of Fairstead, Essex.   I wake in the morning to the sound of the sea tumbling against the rocks and watch the sun creep into view above the mountains the other side of the bay.  Apart from a minor misunderstanding with the plumbing system I was happy with temporary home...
