ClientAct was established in 1994 to provide public relations support and advice to business and industry. Sally Carpenter MCIPR is responsible for handling client accounts with the support of a reliable backup team and experienced professionals.

East Anglia is at the centre of great food production and in the last 10 years ClientAct has developed a great reputation within the food and farming industry working with fruit, arable and pig farmers, food manufacturers and the hospitality industry.

Sally has UK and overseas P.R. experience and is accustomed to working as part of a management team. At Anglo American Insurance Company she was responsible for developing a new corporate image and organising prestigious events in the UK and USA. The company prospered from an initial project team of 5 to a full staff of 115 on the verge of an IPO in the USA.

Searching for candidates in the Middle East for an American headhunter was one of her many challenging roles; she has also been responsible for the purchase and management of property in the UK for overseas companies.

Interests include: recipe development, walking, property management and one day the return to an open top car.
